Can I bring my own food?

You can bring in your own food (except delivery pizza), provided that it does not contain any nut or nut products. Please do not order delivery pizza, we prefer you order the pizza from us. Our staff will be able to coordinate the order and delivery for you so you have more time to enjoy the party.

Can I wear shoes in the playgrounds?

No shoes are allowed beyond our coatroom. Only socks or slippers are allowed in the playgrounds.

Can I bring my child in for drop-in play?

Yes. We are open for public play Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 2:30pm. Admission is $7 per child ($5 for each additional sibling), you are welcome to stay for as long as we’re open.

When are your party times

Our private party times are as follows:
Tuesday to Friday
3:30pm – 5:30pm
6:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday
10:00am – 12:00pm
12:30pm – 2:30pm
3:00pm – 5:00pm
5:30pm – 7:30 pm

Please note these times may change due to extra time being booked by other parties.

How do I book a party?

You can book the party at Lil’ Explorers in person or call us @ 905-910-PLAY (7529). A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking to reserve the time and date for you. To ensure that you get the party date and time you want, we advise you to book at least 6 weeks in advance.

Do I have to share the playground with another party?

No, when you book a party with us, your party will have exclusive use of the playground booked.

Can my party get access to both playgrounds?

You can book both playgrounds for your party, provided they are both available at the desired time frame. Your party will have exclusive use of our facility. Please inquire about the rate.

How much time do I have for the party?

Party bookings are for two hours. You are welcome to come 10 minutes prior to your party to set up. To ensure that all parties run on time, we request that you start tidying up 15 minutes before the end of your party time. Your party host will help move the party along so that your play time is maximized while ensuring there is enough time to enjoy the food and cake.
You are also able to extend your party time by half an hour ($65 extra) or one hour ($110 extra) if there are no other parties booked after your time.

When do I have to pay for the balance owing for the party?

The balance owing for the party is due 7 days prior to your party date. This way, you don’t have to worry about settling the balance during the day of your party and have more time to focus on setting up and greeting your guests.

What happens if I have to cancel my party booking or change my party date?

Please remember if you need to cancel your party booking, the deposit amount cannot be refunded to you. If the party is cancelled within 1 week of the party date, you are responsible for the full party payment. However, if you need to change the date for the party, we will be able to apply the deposit to the new party date provided you give us 3 weeks notice. Please call us as soon as you know if you need to change the date to ensure you get the next available date.

Do you sell any other party items?

Yes, we sell an assortment of 12″ latex balloons and 18″ foil balloons.
We also sell lootbags catering to different age range and price category. Please inquire about the assortment available.

Can I bring a piñata or use table confetti for my party?

No, piñatas and table confetti is not allowed for safety reasons.
